The pizza got here still nice and hot, which made my night. I opened the box and the cheese was still all melty, and I was watching some random rerun on TV at the time, so it was perfect timing. No complaints from me.

The toppings, some of them tasted fresh, but the peppers to me seemed kind of old. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not the best.

I had a small issue with my order, so I ended up reaching out to customer service. At first I was a bit frustrated because I just wanted it handled quickly, but I also wasn’t super upset or anything.

They were actually really nice once they got back to me, which made me feel a lot better. It did take longer than I expected to hear back, and I was starting to get impatient, but they fixed the problem without making it feel like a hassle.

So overall, I’d say it was a good experience. Not perfect because of the slow response, but I appreciated how helpful and kind they were once they replied

Just didn’t really fill me up. If I ordered again and was actually hungry, I’d probably add something extra. 3 stars feels about right...

I tried ordering from tortoricespizza.com the whole coupon thing was sooo frustrating. The codes I found either didn’t work at all or just weren’t even an option when I got to checkout. It’s annoying when you think you’re getting a deal and then end up paying full price anyway. I probably won’t bother trying again.
